Kathmandu. Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the registrar of shares of Manushi Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited. With the appointment of the Registrar of Shares, all the works under the Registrar of Shares, including keeping records related to the securities transactions of the organization, canceling the filing, transferring, withholding and updating the records of the shareholders, will be done through Nepal SBI Merchant Banking.
