Kathmandu. Nepal SBI Bank has provided essential items to the Bank’s Social Responsibility Program to the Charity and Research Centre (Old Age Center), Birtamode, Jhapa to help the helpless, homeless and physically or mentally challenged people. On the occasion, the bank’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Ram Kumar Tiwari handed over the items to the Chairman of the Ashram, Bishnu Karki.
The event was attended by Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, Bikash Anand, Chief Financial Officer, Rajesh Kumar Panda, Chief Business Promotion Officer, Prabin Muni Bajracharya, Chief Credit Officer, Roshan Koirala, Koshi Province Chief, Damayanti Joshi and other officials of the bank and ashram. The bank has been carrying out such activities at the community level from time to time.
Similarly, Nepal SBI Bank has shifted its Itahari branch located at Itahari Sub-Metropolitan City-1, Dharan Road, Sunsari to Bista Complex located in Ward No. 09 of the same Sub-Metropolitan City. Similarly, the bank has shifted its Ilam branch located at Ilam Bazaar, Ward No. 1 of Ilam Municipality and Ilam Bazaar in Ward No. 07 of the same Municipality.
The new building complex of the branch offices was inaugurated by the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank, Ram Kumar Tiwari. The bank expects that this will provide banking services with more facilities to the customers.
Nepal SBI Bank Limited has been providing banking services for the last 33 years. At present, the bank has 104 branches, 22 extension counters, 7 provincial offices, 21 branchless banking, 127 ATMs and 1 corporate office.
