Kathmandu. Kathmandu: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) is going to hold a special general meeting on July 15. The meeting will be held at the meeting room of the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies at 1:00 pm. A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on June 29 decided the date of the meeting.
The special general meeting of the corporation will pass a proposal to approve the amendment of the corporation’s management letter and regulations to the Companies Act 2063.
