Kathmandu. Nepal Micro Insurance Company (NMIC) has postponed its third annual general meeting.
The company had decided to hold its AGM on April 24. The meeting was called at 11:00 am at Chitwan Midtown Hotel in Bharatpur, Chitwan.
However, the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Friday decided to postpone the date of book closure until further notice. The company said it had to postpone its AGM.
