Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) is issuing 200,000 units of shares from today.
The shares of the company’s promoter group have been put up for sale. Any interested person and organization can apply for the shares.
Interested investors will have to apply for the purchase of all the shares. The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 400 per share. This means that investors will have to bid at or above the minimum price.
The tender has to be submitted until January 23. The bid can be submitted at Muktinath Capital, Naxal, Kathmandu.
