Kathmandu. Nepal Life Insurance Company has purchased land worth over Rs 34 crore.
The company has set up a contract in Birgunj Metropolitan City Ward No. The land was purchased in the name of Hotel Makalu in Ward No. 4. Accordingly, the company has purchased 87.53 dhur land comprising 24, 65, 69, 75, 77, 142 and 184 units.
The company has spent Rs 33.77 crore on the land and Rs 1,77,50,000 as registration and namsari service charges.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, Praveen Raman Parajuli, said that the land was purchased for commercial and office purposes.
