Kathmandu. About 83,000 units of shares of Nepal Investment Mega Bank are up for sale.
A total of 82,965 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank are up for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the purchase of these shares.
Interested promoter shareholders will have to apply for the purchase of shares within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the office of the registrar of the bank in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
If the application for purchase of shares is not submitted from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the bank will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions.
