Kathmandu. More than 2,42,000 units of shares of Nepal Investment Mega Bank are for sale.
A total of 2,42,354 units of shares of promoter group of the bank are being issued. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares.
Interested promoter shareholders have to apply for the shares within 35 days. The applications can be submitted to the bank’s share registrar’s office located at IT Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The bank will open the sale to other individuals and institutions if the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period.
