Kathmandu. Yogesh Kumar Nepal has been appointed as the Chairman of Crest Micro Life Insurance.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to elect Nepal as the chairman of the company. His term has come into effect from July 26.
Earlier, the board of directors had appointed Bibek Ram Bhandari and Rajesh Khatri as 3 directors from the promoter group. All three of these directors represent Metro Capital. Their appointments will be submitted to the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) for approval, the company said.
The board of directors of the company has appointed Abhijit KC as the acting CEO of the company. His appointment is effective from August 1.
KC has been appointed as acting CEO until further notice. He is currently working as the Deputy CEO of the company.
