Nepal Bank’s website now disabled-friendly

Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Nepal Bank Limited (NBL), the first bank in Nepal, has made its official website disabled-friendly by implementing the provision of inclusive and accessible banking services.

KATHMANDU: Nepal Bank Limited (NBL) has introduced various accessibility-friendly features on its website to enable visually impaired and other types of disabilities to access digital banking services in a hassle-free manner.

Under the new system, the website will be equipped with a screen reader-friendly interface, font resizing, high contrast options and other accessibility features targeted at the visually impaired and low vision. The bank is committed towards inclusive banking and believes it will continue to strengthen its responsibility to provide easy, safe and accessible financial services to all citizens.

There are 231 branches, 246 ATMs across the country. The bank which has been providing financial services to more than 27 lakh customers through 61 extension counters is now moving ahead as competitive by providing banking services through modern banking technology.

The bank has been providing its banking services all over Nepal through its youthful manpower with focus on fast and quality customer service. With the efficient management, young employees and proper use of modern technology, the attraction towards Nepal’s first bank, Nepal Bank, is increasing day by day.
