Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Neco Insurance.
The company has decided to close the book on February 9 for the distribution of dividend and its Annual General Meeting. This means that only the shareholders of the company will be eligible to receive the dividend as of today, February 5 (Friday, February 7 and Saturday, February 7).
The company has decided to hold its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on February 24. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at a reception in Naxal, Kathmandu.
The Fiscal Year 2081. The company will approve a total dividend of 15.7894 percent of the current paid-up capital of the company. This includes 3% bonus shares and 12.7894 cash dividend.
The meeting shall endorse a special resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the Company, if directed by the regulatory body to make any suggestion or alteration. The meeting will approve the annual and auditor’s report of the previous fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2082. 83. Approve the proposal relating to the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration.
The meeting will also endorse a special proposal to increase the issued and paid-up capital after the distribution of bonus shares.
