Kathmandu. Neco Insurance for the financial year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 15.7894 percent dividend of the current paid up capital from the profit of the current FY. This includes 3% bonus shares and 12.7894% cash dividend.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Insurance Authority.
