Kathmandu. Neelesh Man Singh Pradhan, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Clearing House (NCHL), has been awarded the 45th National Management Convention 2026 df “Manager of the Year 2025” Award organized by the Nepal Management Association (NEA).
The award was presented in recognition of Pradhan’s continuous contribution to the digital payments sector in Nepal and the impact of more than 10 national payment infrastructures including NCHL-ECC, NCHL-IPS, RPS, NPS, {{TAG_CLOSE_em_4 TAG_OPEN_em_4}}IPS, CorporatePay, Nepalpay QR, Nepalpay Card, EFT Switch, NPI/NPIx and more than 10 national payment infrastructures established and operated by NCHL under his leadership. Starting with NCHL in 2011, Pradhan has gone from cheque clearing to become the backbone of Nepal’s payment infrastructure.
The Manager of the Year Award, which is presented by the Nepal Management Association every year, is presented to select and honor the distinguished personalities who have made an outstanding contribution in the field of management. In the same program, Dr. Bhattarai has made a special contribution to Nepal. Yubaraj Khatiwada was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
