Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: National Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has celebrated its 39th anniversary in a week-long manner. Inaugurating the closing ceremony held at Hotel Hyatt Centric in Kathmandu, the company’s President Prema Rajya Laxmi Singh expressed her gratitude to all the employees, agents, insured, well-wishers, stakeholders and everyone who played a major role in making the company reach the top of the market.
She said that detailed training has been provided and this type of training will be continued.
Speaking on the occasion, CEO Suresh Prasad Khatri expressed his confidence that the company has been able to establish its identity due to the direct and indirect support and goodwill of all the employees, agents, insured and other stakeholders. He also expressed his gratitude to the regulatory bodies and other concerned agencies for their guidance and support.
On the occasion, the company distributed educational materials to Matri Nepal Balguha Tarkeshwor, fed the children and also conducted blood donation programs.
According to him, various types of sports competitions such as men’s and women’s cricket, futsal, table tennis and chess have been organized with the objective of making the employees physically and mentally strong and capable by involving them in the internal activities.
President Prema Rajya Laxmi Singh handed over medals and certificates to the employees who donated blood and gave away tokens of love to the employees who performed in various sports.
