Kathmandu. The National Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has called its second annual general meeting.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold the AGM on April 10. The meeting will begin at 3:00 pm at the company’s head office at Ram Shah Path, Kathmandu.
The meeting shall pass a special resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and make any changes, if any, received from the Government of Nepal or the regulatory body.
The same assembly held the fiscal year 2074. 75 and 2075. The meeting will discuss and approve the schedules along with financial details including balance sheet up to 76 rupees, profit or loss, cash flow statement of the same period.
The meeting shall approve the annual report and the auditor’s report of the said fiscal year.
