Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has imparted one-day training to the agents affiliated to various branches of Bagmati and Madhesh provinces who were selected for the specified business in the monthly scheme Manthan 2082.
The 280 selected agents were trained by renowned trainer Kazim Raza at Hotel Sarathi, Dhulikhel.
He gave training on how to achieve the goals of MDRT by giving various examples. Smriti Raj Kandel, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company, said that the company has been issuing various agent-friendly monthly and annual plans with the objective of professionalizing the agents.
He said that more than 700 agents from all over the country have been selected for this scheme which is a huge success. He also gave a token of love to the agents who were successful in the first, second and third positions of the branch level.
Speaking at the program, Sushil Pratap Rana, Head of the Agency Department, said that the training will help the agents to excel in their profession and prove themselves in the competitive market.
On the occasion, the participating agents said that they have been inspired to further progress in the insurance business in the coming days, while the honorees said that their hard work has paid off while receiving the award and they will continue their profession with more hard work in the coming days.
