Kathmandu. The National Insurance Company has called its fourth annual general meeting.
The Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold the AGM on September 18. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am at Anmol Catering Service in Sankhamul, Kathmandu.
Fiscal year 2077. 78 and 2078. 79 Annual Report as well as Financial Report of the Auditor shall be approved.
The meeting for the fiscal year 2080. 81 and 2081. 82. It will approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and the determination of his/her remuneration.
The company has decided to close the book on September 1 for the purpose of the meeting. This means that only shareholders who have remained in the company as of August 17 will be eligible to participate in the AMIC.
