Kathmandu. NASA Securities will issue 21% right shares to its shareholders.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has called for a special general meeting to endorse the agenda for the issuance of right shares. The meeting will begin at 9:00 am at the company’s registered office at Lal Colony, Kathmandu.
The meeting will also endorse a special proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the company along with the proposal of issuing right shares.
