Kathmandu. Naresh Lal Shrestha-led group has filed his candidacy for the post of vice-president of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI). The group was supported by FNCCI President Chandra Prasad Dhakal and Goods Association’s Hemraj Dhakal.
According to the chairpersons, the Naresh Lal Group, which has the support of Chairman Dhakal and Hemraj Dhakal, is considered to be the strongest and strongest group. “In the last election, Hemraj Dhakal alone won the election with a high number of votes while the majority of the members of his own team won the election,” said the president of the association, adding, “This time, Chandra Dhakal has also openly supported the group, so it seems that the entire team will win.” ’
FNCCI President Chandra Prasad Dhakal-led group, who remained neutral in the last election, openly supported Hemraj Dhakal’s group. Hemraj Dhakal’s panel has filed his candidacy for the post of vice-president from the Hemraj Dhakal group.
Kamala Shrestha, Bhakta Bahadur Hamal, Subodh Kumar Gupta, Lilendra Pradhan, Pashupati Dev Pandey, Hari Bahadur Karki, Rajendra Sangraula, Durga Prasad Subedi, Nirajan Bahadur Chalaune, Sagar Dhakal, Krishna Bhakta Shrestha, Bidur Dhamala, Suraj Banjade and Biplav Adhikari have filed their candidacies under the objective category.
Likewise, Sunaina Ghimire Pandey and Sudhir Parajuli have been registered as members representing the FNCCI at the FNCCI office in Teku today. Candidate for the post of vice-president, Naresh Lal Shrestha, said that his group is strong with the filing of candidacy and his victory is certain. “We have made a strong team by including all the areas,” he said, “Therefore, our team will win.” The group, which includes all areas of the commodity sector, is the strongest and strongest.
Candidate Shrestha’s team includes agriculture, tourism, export trade, capital market, foodstuffs, IT, real estate business and hydropower.
