Kathmandu. More than 3 lakh units of shares of Narayani Development Bank are for sale. The promoter group of the bank has auctioned 3,06,597 units of undistributed right shares through the auction process.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 100 per share. This means that the bidders will have to bid for a minimum of Rs 100 or more.
Applications must be place for minimum 100 units. Applications can be made for the maximum number of shares.
The bidders can bid for the shares from Global IME Capital at Naxal, Kathmandu and Biratnagar, Birgunj, Hetauda, Narayangadh, Pokhara and Butwal.
The last date for bidding is February 14.
