He also urged the vehicle importers to inform their vehicle buyers about the same, as there is a provision for vehicle users not to stick any sticker including black glass on the front window of the vehicle.

He also said that vehicle users who want to use black glass should take permission from the government and the importers of vehicles should not import vehicles with black glass from their manufacturing companies.

During the discussion, NADA President Upreti suggested that it would be appropriate to go for the process of removing black stickers first as there was no technical problem to remove black stickers (film) as black stickers are being used in vehicles.

Similarly, Karan Chaudhary, immediate past president of NADA, who was also present in the discussion, said that in the next phase, the number of vehicles that have been fitted with black glass from the automobile manufacturing company is not very high. The Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office had written a written request to NADA for immediate discussion in this regard. The meeting was also attended by Vice-President of NADA, Abhik Jyoti.
