Kathmandu. Nabil Bank Limited has distributed cash dividend to its shareholders. The 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank held on October 8 had approved a proposal to distribute 15.80 percent dividend (including cash dividend and tax on bonus shares) of 10.80 percent of the paid-up capital. The bank has been distributing the same cash dividend to the shareholders since October 7.
However, the bank has also informed that the cash dividend could not be distributed to the shareholders due to non-materialization of shares, mismatch of bank account details in demat account, share collateral or other miscellaneous reasons.
