Kathmandu. Muktinath Bikas Bank is going to acquire Janaki Finance Company and Sindhu Bikas Bank.
All 3 institutions have signed the initial agreement for the acquisition on Friday. With this, the process of acquiring both these institutions has now started.
Meanwhile, the central bank has urged the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) to suspend trading in shares of its primary shareholders as per the directive on merger, merger and acquisition, 2079.
