Kathmandu. More than 1,56,000 units of shares of Muktinath Bikas Bank have been put up for sale.
A total of 1,56,283 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank are being auctioned from May 21. The promoter shareholders of the bank along with other individuals and institutions can bid for the shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 135 per share. This means that the bidder will have to bid for the minimum price or more.
The interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 25,000 units of shares. Bids can be submitted for the purchase of all the shares.
The bid should be submitted at Muktinath Capital, Narayanchaur, Kathmandu. The tender can be submitted till May 28.
