Kathmandu. Muktinath Bikas Bank Ltd has handed over necessary medical appliances to various health institutions, educational institutions, social organizations and local levels. The bank’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative aims to support health services, drinking water and community welfare.
Under this program, the bank has provided 26 wheelchairs to community and government hospitals, health posts and local levels. The bank handed over 10 wheelchairs to Salyan District Hospital, 3 units to Triveni Health Post of Triveni Rural Municipality, 10 units to Rangeli Hospital in Rangeli Morang and 3 wheelchairs to differently abled people and needy people through Ward Office of Omsatiya Rural Municipality-1.
Likewise, the bank has handed over 4 chairs to Pathari Nagar Hospital, Pathari and 3 electric water dispensers to Madan Bhandari Hospital and Trauma Centre and 4 water purifiers to Janakalyan Basic School, Salyan.
The bank has been continuing to carry out such CSR programs with top priority in Healthcare, Education and Social Inclusion.
