More than Rs 4.5 billion worth of shares traded in the OTC market, how much of which company? (with list)

Kathmandu. Last fiscal year 2082. Shares worth over Rs 4.5 billion were traded in the OTC market of the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

According to the data of NEPSE, shares of various companies were traded worth Rs 4.51 billion in the last fiscal year. More than 2,48,39,000 units of shares of these companies were traded.

Shares of PhonePe payment service were the most traded in the OTC market. A total of 1,152,011 units of shares of the company were traded at Rs 1,514,94,465.

At the same time, NASA Securities Company has the second highest turnover. A total of 49,26,06 units of shares of the company were traded at a total of Rs 55,17,17,672.

NEPSE developed the concept of OTC market and brought it into operation since 2064 BS. According to the notice issued by the Office of the Company Registrar on February 1, 2015, shares of companies that are not listed in NEPSE, companies that have been de-listed, and public companies that have not been listed due to the fulfillment of the necessary conditions for listing have been traded in the OTC market.
