Kathmandu. More than one and a half lakh units of shares of National Life Insurance Company have been put up for sale.
A total of 1,60,000 units of shares of the promoter group of the company are being issued. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the shares.
Interested promoter shareholders can apply for the shares at the company’s head office located at Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The application has to be submitted within 35 days.
If the company does not apply for the shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated time, the shares will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
