Kathmandu. Hathway Investment Nepal is going to sell more than 6,85,000 shares of shares.
6,85,747 units of promoter shares of the company’s primary shareholders will be put up for sale. The basic shareholders will have to inform 5 percent or more of the shares they hold 15 days before the sale of the shares.
Accordingly, the original shareholder had applied to the company on September 2 stating that he wanted to sell the shares. Now, the company will put the shares up for sale within 3 months.
