Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has added more than 6,563,000 units of shares of three companies to the country.
A total of 6,563,544.03 units bonus shares of Agricultural Development Bank, Shivam Cement and Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have been added to NEPSE. Out of the total shares, 4,502,947.90 units of Agricultural Development Bank, 1,364,202.16 units of Shivam Cement and 6,96,393.97 units of bonus shares are of Asha Laghubitta.
All of them have bonus shares distributed to shareholders in the previous financial year. In the last fiscal year, Agricultural Development Bank had distributed 3.25 percent bonus share, Shivam Cement 2.5 percent and Asha Laghubitta 9.5 percent.
