Kathmandu. Ghorohi Cement Industries’ 40 million units of shares are set to expire.
A total of 4,03,18,111 units of shares of the company are about to expire. According to the company, the closing period of this share will end on July 31.
Currently, the promoter has 4,95,634 units of shares, 24,705 units of industrial-affected locals and 97,772 units of employees. As per the provision, the promoters, project affected and employees of any company have to hold their shares for a period of 3 years from the date of allotment.
However, in the case of directors and senior management employees of the company, the shares will be withheld.
