Kathmandu. Miteri Development Bank has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute a total dividend of Rs 1.21 billion from the profit and accumulated profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 1.21 billion. This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 6 percent cash dividend (including tax).
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
