Binu was born in 2030 BS in New Road, Kathmandu. Currently, Binu lives in Basundhara, Kathmandu. She has completed her B.A. degree. “We had a happy childhood,” Binu said, adding, “My father was an SP. We had a good environment to write, read, eat and walk. We also had a comfortable environment to study. We never had to face a financial crisis when we were young. ’

“A person’s life is a journey. Everything comes on the journey, happiness, sorrow, new work. Similarly, in my life, sometimes I worked in a color lab, sometimes I worked in a nursery and sometimes I opened my own shop. After that, I went abroad and returned to Nepal in a short time. Today, I am happy to do social service in the insurance sector. ’

Binu’s own brother Kishor Man Joshi is also a senior agency manager at Citizen Life. Binu had taken insurance of Rs 20 lakh through her brother. Later, Brother Kishore asked his sister Binu to work as an agent instead of staying at home. And Binu, who did not understand anything about insurance, was advised by his brother Kishore, “This is what insurance is, there are many benefits of insurance, working as an agent will be of social service to yourself and others, so work as an agent.” Binu started working in 2075 BS with a license from Citizen Life, thinking that her brother’s work would be good.

After getting her license, Binu got her husband’s first insurance for a friend. When her husband’s friends were trying to get insurance, Binu easily got the first insurance. She got her first insurance of Rs 1 crore. After that, Binu said, “Hey! She was encouraged to do the job, and she proposed it to her friends and friends. She also managed to do good business. “I feel that luck has also supported me in the insurance sector,” Binu said, “I am where I am today, with the support, support and inspiration of my brother.” ’

Binu says that in today’s environment, the profession of an agent has become very good and popular. “For women, the agent profession is very good. It is a profession that can be done in leisure time by giving time to one’s family and children. I think it’s a very good profession for women because you can earn a good income and don’t have to depend on others,” she said.

According to Binu, insurance is a necessity for everyone, but it is more important for those with low incomes than for those with a lot of money. “There is no one for those who are struggling to earn their livelihood. If there is no such person, insurance provides relief,” she said, “Therefore, insurance is more important for the common people with low income than for those who have a lot of money.” ’

“Insurance is not something that can be done in a hurry. Insurance should be done by understanding and understanding. While getting insurance, you should not be misled by showing different expectations. Insurance should be provided on the basis of the company’s policy, rules and facilities. Only then will the agents stay in the market and the confidence of the company will also increase. Agents should not cultivate confusion while getting insurance,” says Binu.

According to Binu, the insurance coverage is a bit broader than before. “But even now, the access to insurance has not been expanded as much as it should have been,” she said. There is no dearth of people who have come for a commission while getting insurance. We do not mean that we are cheated, we are not taking money, but we are saying that we should be good for their future, we should save. But they don’t understand it. You get paid for everything you do. And how did the money for insurance become a brokerage? Yes, many people have to stay out of the insurance coverage without understanding this. ’

Binu believes that those who work honestly in this profession will get success as it is a profession that does not have a time limit and can earn as much as you want. “An insurance agent should be hardworking, honest, patient, able to explain insurance and listen to customers,” she says.

Binu, who has done good work in a short time of becoming an agent, achieves every goal given by the company. She has received awards under Gold Club, Diamond Club and Silver Club.
