Kathmandu. Mid Solu Hydropower has declared a dividend for the last fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Monday decided to distribute a total dividend of 15.789 per cent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 86,06,60,000 to the shareholders from the net profit of the current financial year. This includes 15 per cent bonus shares worth Rs 129.99 crore and cash dividend of Rs 6,794,684 i.e. 0.789 per cent for tax purposes.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission.
