Kathmandu. MetLife Nepal has contributed Rs. 30 lakhs to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund to support the relief and rehabilitation efforts of the communities affected by the recent devastating flash floods in Nepal. 30 lakhs.
The massive floods in various districts including Rasuwa, Nuwakot and Dhading have caused huge loss of life and property, displaced communities and caused extensive damage to physical infrastructure. Rescue, relief and rehabilitation operations are still going on in the affected areas.
As a responsible corporate citizen, MetLife Nepal expresses its solidarity with the Government of Nepal, rescue workers, humanitarian organizations and all partners who are continuously working to support the affected families and communities in this difficult situation.
