MetLife inaugurates new head office in Pulchowk

Kathmandu. MetLife Nepal has inaugurated its new head office at Signature Platinum Tower in Pulchowk, Lalitpur. This marks an important milestone in its 24-year journey to provide financial security and protection to Nepali families. The new Head Office reflects MetLife’s evolution into a modern, agile, and forward-looking organization. With modern infrastructure, integrated technology systems and workplace structure that encourages collaboration, the office aims to make the operations more efficient and provide customers with fast, convenient and excellent service experience.

During the opening ceremony, MetLife expressed its gratitude to regulators, regional leadership, partners, and employees for their continued support. Scott Orbom, Chargé d’Affaires of the United States Embassy of the United States of America and Sushil Dev Subedi, Executive Director of Nepal Insurance Authority were also present on the occasion. Also attending the event were MetLife Regional Leaders Lyndon Oliver (Asia Regional President) and Elena Butarova (Senior Vice President and Head of Bangladesh, Malaysia, Nepal and Vietnam).

The event was also attended by Insurance Authority of Nepal, United States Embassy, MCAM Nepal, partner banks, MFIs, management team of MetLife and agency representatives.
