Kathmandu. Menchiam Hydropower has called a special general meeting.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Friday decided to hold the special general meeting on May 20. The meeting will begin at 9:30 am at the company’s registered office in Maharajgunj, Kathmandu.
The AGM will endorse a special proposal of issuing 100 percent right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the existing paid-up capital. The meeting will also endorse the proposal regarding the decision of the Board of Directors regarding the utilization of the amount received from the sale of right shares.
The meeting shall pass a special resolution authorizing the Board of Directors to make any amendments or changes if directed by the regulatory bodies at the time of submission of the approved resolutions.
