Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Maya Khola Hydropower Limited and Citizens Capital Limited have signed an agreement for the issuance and issue manager for the issuance of right shares of Maya Khola Hydropower. The agreement was signed between Dinesh Prasad Shrestha, Executive Chairman of Maya Khola Hydropower Company Limited and Sabir Bade Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Citizen Capital Limited.

As per the agreement, Citizens Capital Limited will be the issue manager for the issuance of 1,00,00,000 units right shares of Maya Khola Hydropower Limited.
The company was established in 2067 BS. Ltd. was transformed into Limited in 2073 BS. The company has a manufacturing facility of 14.9 Mays in Sankhuwasabha district. or. Maya Khola Hydropower Project has been producing electricity since July 2080 and has been selling it to Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA). The company issued the primary shares to the general public in January 2079.
