The Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 10.5263 percent dividend to its shareholders from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 1.36 billion. Out of this, the company has 10 percent bonus shares worth Rs 136.363 thousand 700 and 0.5263 percent cash dividend of Rs 71,77,037.
The proposed dividend will be distributed to the shareholders subject to approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission and upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
