Kathmandu. Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower has declared a dividend for the financial year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 13.6842 per cent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 76 crore to the shareholders from the accumulated profits of the financial year. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 9.88 crore i.e. 13 per cent and cash dividend of Rs 5.2 million i.e. 0.6842 per cent for tax purposes.
The dividend will be approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) and the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) in the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
