Kathmandu. Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the fiscal year 2081. Dividend has been declared for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 5 percent dividend to its shareholders from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year amounting to Rs 369.923 thousand 500.20. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 1,75,71,366.26 and cash dividend of Rs 9,24,808.75 per cent for tax purposes.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
