Kathmandu. Machhapuchchhre Bank has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held this afternoon decided to distribute a total dividend of 6 percent of the current paid-up capital from the distributable profit of the current financial year. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 362.586 million and cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 36.25 crore.
Similarly, the bank has decided to distribute a cash dividend of Rs 7,45,89,041 to the preference shareholders for the current fiscal year.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
