Kathmandu. Lumbini Bikas Bank has put 1.5 lakh units of shares up for sale.
A total of 1,51,585 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank are up for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The application has to be submitted within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the central office of the bank at Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu.
The bank will open the sale to other individuals and institutions if the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period.
