Kathmandu. Lumbini Bikas Bank Limited has concluded its 18th Annual General Meeting. The AGM passed the annual report for the fiscal year 2082/83 and approved the proposal including the appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
Chairman & CEO of the Bank, Mr. Naresh Singh Bohara during the 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held under the chairmanship of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank, Mr. Chintamani Bhattarai, expressed the queries raised by the shareholders on the Annual Report of FY 2082/83.
