Kathmandu. The way has been opened for the local level to register the company and buy shares.
The Office of the Company Registrar has issued a notice informing that the local level can now register the company and buy shares. “Requests have been made from various local levels for the establishment of companies and investment in the solar energy sector,” the notice reads, adding, “As per the decision of this office dated May 8, the local level can register the company by fulfilling the prevailing laws and buy the shares and take ownership of the company.”
Here are the conditions
- The local level should make its own law in this regard and also take a decision.
- should be done in accordance with the Companies Act, 2063 and related prevailing laws.
