Life insurance companies’ business exceeds Rs 156 billion in 10 months, who collected how much premium?

Kathmandu. Life insurance companies have collected over Rs 150 billion in total insurance premiums till mid-April of the fiscal year 2082-83. According to the data published by the authority, the companies sold 1,16,84,883 insurance policies and collected Rs 156.17 billion in insurance premiums during the period.

During this period, Nepal Life has collected the highest premium. The company earned Rs 41.16 billion in insurance premiums during the period. National Life Insurance has earned Rs 19.02 billion in insurance premiums. LIC Nepal has collected Rs 16.84 billion in insurance premiums. Similarly, Himalayan Life Insurance has collected Rs 14.55 billion in insurance premiums. The insurance company has collected Rs 10.09 billion in insurance premiums. Surya Jyoti Life Insurance has earned Rs 9.50 billion in insurance premiums from today. Asian Life Insurance has earned a total premium of Rs 8.01 billion.

Citizen Life has earned a total premium of Rs 6.78 billion. Sanima Life Insurance has earned a total premium of Rs 5.98 billion. IME Life has earned Rs 5.50 billion in insurance premiums from its quarters. Met Life has collected a total premium of Rs 5.49 billion.

Reliable Nepal Life Insurance has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 4.94 billion. Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has earned a total insurance premium of Rs 4.70 billion. Sun Nepal Life Insurance has earned Rs 3.55 billion in insurance premiums, which is Rs 3.55 billion.
