Kathmandu. The special general meeting of Liberty Micro Life has been held. The meeting was held today on September 16 at the company’s head office in New Road, Pokhara.
The meeting passed a resolution to form a board of directors. The meeting elected Punya Prasad Parajuli, Bikash Agrawal, Saloni Singh and Sitaram Dhimal to the board of directors.
Likewise, Prabhakar Neupane has been elected as an independent director.
