Kathmandu. Laxmi Sunrise Bank has put up 3,16,000 units of shares for sale.
A total of 3,16,306 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank are for sale. Presently, only existing promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares.
The application has to be submitted within 35 days. The applications can be submitted to the bank’s head office at Hattisar, Kathmandu.
The bank will open the sale to other individuals and institutions if the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period.
