Kathmandu. Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited has received permission to issue debentures worth Rs 3 billion.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted permission to the bank to issue “Laxmi Sunrise Bank Debenture 2092”. The bank is issuing a total of 30 lakh units of debentures at a face value of Rs 1,000.
Out of the total units, the bank will sell 18 lakh units to individuals. The remaining 12 lakh units will be issued to the public.
It is a 10-year bond. Investors will get 7 percent interest annually.
Machhapuchchhre Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issuance of Laxmi Sunrise Bank.
