The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute a total dividend of 18.9474 percent to the shareholders from the net profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 14,74,59,675. This includes 18 percent bonus shares and 0.9474 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The dividend will be approved by the 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission.
