Kathmandu. The 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Kumari Bank Limited was held at Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Road, Tangal, Kathmandu on Wednesday, January 15, 2082. The meeting approved the annual report of the Board of Directors for the fiscal year 2081/82, audit report and financial statements including balance sheet, profit and loss account up to the end of Ashadh 2081/82.
The bank has been rendering state-of-the-art banking services for the past 24 years through a nationwide network of 302 branches, 316 ATMs, 50 extension counters and 48 branchless banking units and pledged to do so in the days ahead.
